Returns and Exchanges


We want you to be 100% happy with your Fillyboo online purchase. If your order is not quite right, our team is here to assist you with your return.

All Fillyboo full priced products can be returned for either a size exchange or store credit.
Please note, we do not provide refunds for returned items.  

If you would like to return a Fillyboo purchase, please follow these steps.


1. Email exchanges@fillyboo.com within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading. 
Tell us the item that you would like to return and why. 
Tell us if you would like a different size of the same style or a credit note.

Additional shipping costs may apply to multiple returns/exchanges. We offer free shipping for all orders, and for initial size exchanges, but shipping costs will be charged if we receive more than one exchange request from the same order.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.

2. Receive your return information.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre filled returns form and instructions on where to send your Fillyboo item. 
Returns must be received within 2 weeks of return approval.
We can accept returns in either Los Angeles - USA or Sydney - Australia.
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.

3. Return finalized.

Once your return is received and checked by us, your exchange or credit note will be issued as quickly as possible. Again please allow up to 7 days after your return has been delivered for your replacement or store credit to be processed.
