How much is shipping?
Fillyboo provides free international shipping on all orders.
Where is my order being shipped from?
Most orders are shipped directly from our factory in beautiful Bali, Indonesia using DHL express. Some pieces may ship from our Sydney warehouse. DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (except in the U.A.E).
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days, however due to the many elements that go into making our handmade pieces, some items may require a final process before they can be shipped.
For these items, it may be a few extra days before your order is ready to send.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is ready for collection by DHL.
Once collected, you will be notified by DHL ON DEMAND, and you will be provided with a link to manage your delivery.
There are some small delays related to Covid 19, however transit times to the USA and major European cities is approximately 2-5 days. This may vary slightly depending on the destination.
Fillyboo already uses the fastest international shipping option available, so overnight or expedited shipping options are not available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information carefully.
Payment of Import Duties and Taxes
Fillyboo pays for duties and taxes for all orders delivered to the U.S.A and Australia.
Customers in other parts of the world are responsible for the payment of DUTIES AND TAXES. Please be aware of the rates of duties and taxes before you place your order.
This is especially important for customers in the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada. Fillyboo has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it.
Fillyboo is unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

If your order is not quite right, our Sydney, Australia based customer service team is here to assist you with your return.
All Fillyboo products can be returned for a store credit with no expiry date.
As we provide free shipping worldwide on orders over $200, and Fillyboo pieces are hand crafted in small quantities, please note that we do not offer refunds unless the item you have received is incorrect or faulty.
If you require a different size, please place a new order and request a refund for your original order once received.
Fillyboo will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- Items must be returned to Fillyboo within 30 days of your order being delivered.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
Please try on the item/s in your order as quickly as possible after it arrives to ensure that you are able to return items within the returns time frame.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Fillyboo provides free international shipping on all orders, but the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Fillyboo is not responsible for returns that go missing in transit. Please use a traceable postal service as return parcels are the responsibility of the customer until received by Fillyboo.
If you would like to return an item from a Fillyboo order, please follow these steps.
STEP 1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.
Tell us the item that you would like to return and why.
Additional fees may apply to multiple returns/exchanges on the same order at the discretion of Fillyboo
STEP 2. Receive your return information.
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre-filled returns form and instructions on where to send your Fillyboo item.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery of your order.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.
Returns for store credit can be received in Los Angeles, USA or Sydney, Australia.
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.
STEP 3. Return finalized.
Once your return is received and checked by us, your store credit note will be issued as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has been delivered for your store credit to be processed.
Please note that subsequent orders placed using a store credit may be subject to shipping fees.
