Our photo shoot images are of the highest standard and aim to bring you the most accurate portrayal of our garments.
If you are unsure of a particular style on your body type, then we encourage you to perhaps come in and try the garment on. In special circumstances we can arrange a sample to be sent to you to try on.
If however, your Fillyboo garment does not reach your high expectations then please read below:
Incorrect size - exchange only when returned within 7 days of purchase.
Garment damage - refund when returned within 7 days of purchase.
Change of mind or "does not suit" - credit note issued when returned within 7 days of purchase. Credit note is issued in the form of a personalised coupon code that can be used when shopping online or in one of our boutiques.
Discounted and sale items are considered to be final sales and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We cannot refund or exhange on underwear due to health regulations.
